Once this alchemy takes place the body then recruits the soul and mind for energetic input.

Because neutrality holds no expectation or attachment. Neutrality holds the energy of possibility.

You'll be guided through a meditation where you will arrive in the Catalyst space. The energetic container is something you can always return to. I do this for every program I offer and it has proven to be incredibly supportive for receiving your own messages and downloads. I teach you how to track energy in your body so you can reconnect with your body and feel embodied to move through big energies that arise. This is a fantastic practice if you experience moments of intensity, overwhelm, anxiety or are highly sensitive, intuitive, an empath. When we have big energy in our body sometimes the mind pours gasoline on a fire that needs to be witnessed with water.
